Curtis Capital Corporation was founded by me, Brook Johnson. I've been a licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker for almost 15 years, a little bit longer than I have been a police officer.  Over this time I have focused the majority of my real estate efforts on helping my fellow officers, first responders and military veterans through the home buying and refinancing process.  It has always been my goal to provide my clients with the best interest rate for their mortgage and to save them thousands of dollars in selling or buying a home.  When getting a home mortgage or refinancing you are expected to provide all of your personal financial information, you need to have the confidence that your information will be safeguarded and that you will be given excellent customer service.

As a police officer, I understand the importance of integrity. I rely on this principle to provide my clients with honest, upfront advice, helping you understand the mortgage process from beginning to end. I don't want my clients to feel pressured or lost in the mortgage process, it can be stressful buying a home, qualifying for a mortgage should be the last thing you worry about. I will guide you through the process and get you the wholesale interest rate...and just as important I will keep you informed throughout the process so you will feel informed and comfortable with the process.
